As with the annual consumption of the facility, you need to add up the consumption of the facility in the higher tariff for each month over the past year. Do the same for the lower tariff and compare the consumption in the different tariffs.

Calculate your annual consumption in the higher tariff, then divide the annual consumption in the higher tariff by 1200 to get the potential power of the power plant.
